A Workplace to Love

We at Balance created Takeda’s visual brand for “A Workplace to Love” to reflect the company’s values and generate enthusiasm for current and future employees. The type treatment for, “A Workplace to Love,” was designed to have a warm, personal feel that matches Takeda’s genuine care for their team. The photography features employees holding business cards and wearing tee shirts with the design, encouraging the Takeda team to take individual pride in their company.

A Workplace to Love

The Takeda Organic Garden program was constructed to promote health, wellness, and sustainability for the Takeda team. The produce is harvested on-site and the organic produce is used in the company cafeteria.

We provided a variety of advertising samples, all with a fresh, modern feel. Our phrase and design, “Be Well,” emphasizes Takeda’s holistic approach to health and personal care for their team. All design work was made to highlight the integration of organic produce with the corporate world to create a brighter, healthier, future.

African Americans Cultivating Cross-Cultural Engagement

Here is an example of our work for one particular ERG, the African Americans Cultivating Cross-Cultural Engagement group. We developed a color scheme, layout, and graphics that can be applied across a variety of media. We selected photography that honors African American culture and connection among Takeda team members. Displays were designed to affirm African American’s rich history and vital contributions to our future.
